Questionnaire for the assessment of didactic activity

User name and password are correct but I cannot log in

The service is dedicated to:

• Students who have to complete the questionnaire (students enrolled in bachelor or master degree courses and Ph.D. students)
• Teachers who have to evaluate their courses according to UnigeDidattica or who can check the assessment results.

The following users might not be entitled to access:

• Students who have not enrolled in the current academic year yet
• Students who do not need to enroll as they are graduating.
  In this case students will not be prevented from taking the exams.
• Students enrolled in single subjects but not in a whole course of study (such as eg. University employees).
  In this case students will not be prevented from taking the exams.

The login process is provided by UnigePASS; if you experienced any problem, please refer to the dedicated UnigePASS page.

I submitted my study plan but the subjects I chose for this year are not displayed

Before the subjects are displayed, the study plan has to be approved and uploaded online.
Until that moment, you will not be able to complete the questionnaire to assess the subjects included in this year’s study plan.
If you have not sit for the exam yet, you may be able to assess subjects included in the study plans of previous years, provided that classes are available (and you have attended them) in the current academic year.

It is not necessary to submit a study plan for my course of study

Each student must have a study plan; if you do not have to submit it, it is because you have been assigned a “standard study plan”.
Only after the School has assigned the “standard study plan”, students can complete the questionnaire.
If you would like to know when the standard plan will be uploaded you can contact your School.
Until that moment you will not be able to complete the questionnaire for the assessment of didactic activity.

I already have a study plan so I am not going to submit it this year

The questionnaire has to be completed only for the subjects included in the study plan, already submitted or in the process of being submitted, of the current academic year.
If you submitted the study plan in previous academic years and you only have to sit for the exams, you do not have to complete the questionnaire and you will not be prevented from taking the exams.
It is still compulsory to complete the questionnaire in case of subjects included in this year’s study plan, i.e. to integrate or modify the current study plan.

This year I am attending a subject included in one my previous study plans

The questionnaire must be completed only in case of subjects included in the study plan, submitted or in the process of being submitted, of the current academic year.
If you are currently attending a subject included in the study plan of previous years, you can assess it provided that classes are available this year. You can check this comparing the code of the exam in your study plan and in the manifesto of the course of study. If the code does not match, or if you have already passed the exam, the subject will not be assessable.
Anyway, in these cases it is not compulsory to complete the questionnaire and students will not be prevented from taking the exam.

The subject is taught in the first semester but it says “Out of Time”

Whether a subject is taught annually, in the first or in the second semester depends on the information uploaded by the relevant School in the archives of the University.
In case you cannot assess a subject taught in the first semester, even though it is the right time to assess it, you can ask the School for a further check.
